Sequence of events (SOE)
High-resolution timestamped record of discrete state changes.
SOE records discrete state changes with timestamps taken as close to the source as possible, often at millisecond resolution. It helps reconstruct trips, interlocks, and causal order when ordinary SCADA polling is too slow.
